Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ozil Goal AI at https://ozil-goal.app. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Ozil Goal AI lets you upload one photo and generate a short AI video in the style of the viral Ozil goal trend. Ozil Goal AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mesut Özil, Arsenal, PFC Ludogorets, UEFA, the Champions League, TikTok, Instagram, CapCut or ByteDance. The videos are new AI recreations; they do not contain the real match footage.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Ozil Goal AI. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos you own or have permission to use.
• If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video.
• Everyone shown in a photo must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors.
• No photos of celebrities, footballers or other public figures.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ozil Goal AI to:

• impersonate anyone, including Mesut Özil or any other player or club;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content;
• deceive people, commit fraud or spread disinformation, including presenting your video as real match footage;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate and post them on social platforms. Label them as AI-generated where required.

AI Output

AI results vary, and every video comes out a little different. We do not guarantee that a video will be accurate, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Review each video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Videos are paid for with credits. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Unless the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable. If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credits used are returned to your balance.

Termination

You may stop using Ozil Goal AI at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Ozil Goal AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
