2. Photos you upload: the photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face, body or animal shown in it.
3. Generated videos: the videos we make for you, together with details such as task status and creation time.
4. Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits spent and technical data such as browser type, device information and IP-derived security signals.
5. Payment data: your orders and their payment status. Card details are handled only by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service reliable, answer support requests and meet our legal obligations. We use your uploaded photo only to generate the video you asked for. Finished videos appear only in your own account; we don’t post them, share them or use them as examples. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run Ozil Goal AI we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments, sign-in and analytics. Each receives only the data it needs to perform its service for us. AI video processing means your photo is sent to an AI model provider to generate your video.

Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored so you can view and download your videos. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose or as long as the law requires, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights. In the European Union, for example, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to certain processing, to restrict it and to receive a copy of your data.

Children

Ozil Goal AI is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age that applies in your country. In Germany, the minimum age to consent to the processing of your data is 16. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
